If a patient with a life-threatening or serious illness/injury beyond the capabilities of an urgent care setting presents for treatment, the provider and staff evaluate and stabilize the patient and transfer to the appropriate emergency department.

Organization does not solicit patients with life-, limb-, or vision-threatening conditions.
